Website and Service Terms

Last updated: June 13, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing this website or using the AI advisor, business review, client application or workspace preview, you agree to these terms. Paid services are governed by a separately confirmed proposal, service order or agreement. A signed service document controls if terms conflict.

2. Website Information and AI Output

The website and AI advisor provide general business information and preliminary direction. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. AI output may contain errors or omissions, and important decisions require qualified human review.

3. No Guaranteed Business Result

Marketing, bookings, sales and repeat business depend on market conditions, pricing, service quality, execution speed, platform rules and customer behaviour. RichLoop does not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, revenue, booking volume or return on investment. Examples, workflows and targets explain a method rather than promise an outcome.

4. Scope and Changes

Projects should confirm goals, deliverables, timing, revision rounds, client responsibilities, fees and success criteria before work begins. Requests outside the confirmed scope require reassessment. Content requiring human review is not authorized for public release until the client explicitly approves it.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, timely business, pricing, image, video and customer information that you have the right to use.
  • Review pricing, dates, offers, claims, permissions and industry restrictions.
  • Obtain required permission for customer materials, trademarks, music and third-party content.
  • Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, malicious or unauthorized sensitive information.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, RichLoop website design, copy, branding, workflow expression and original materials are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, sold, republished or presented as another source without written permission. Pre-existing client brands and materials remain with their respective owners. Rights to project deliverables, source files and third-party materials are defined in the applicable service document.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The website and services may rely on Cloudflare, social media, email, AI, payment, CRM or other third parties. Third parties may change rules, restrict accounts or interrupt service. RichLoop will provide reasonable assistance but cannot control third-party availability or decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not bypass security, access another client's information, interfere with the website, conduct excessive automated scraping, introduce malicious code or use the service to create unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, infringing or dangerous content.

9. Responsibility Boundaries

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available. RichLoop is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on unreviewed AI output, incorrect client information, third-party platform conduct or use beyond the confirmed service scope where reasonable review could have prevented the issue. Specific liability terms for paid projects are set out in the client agreement.

10. Suspension, Changes and Governing Law

We may restrict website or workspace access for security risks, unlawful use or material breach. The update date will change when these terms change, and material updates will be highlighted where reasonable. These terms are interpreted under the laws of British Columbia and applicable laws of Canada.

11. Contact

For terms, copyright, permission or infringement notices, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to verify and respond.

Important

These website terms provide an operating baseline. They do not replace legal review of your specific pricing model, industry, client contract or data processing arrangements.
